With experience in providing support for those navigating eating disorders and neurodivergence, Jack brings a unique perspective to the field, emphasizing a weight-neutral and inclusive practice.


Understanding that everyone's journey to well-being is different, Jack adopts an approach that aims to create a safe and welcoming space that celebrates individuality and supports all body types and identities.


Beyond the professional realm, Jack enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, trying new restaurants, and a good TV show.
