Supervision is a safe space that allows you to reflect on and extend your practice as a dietitian. I am passionate about the importance of supervision in dietetic practice as I have experienced working both with and without it. So, I can firsthand say how enriching, rewarding, elevated and confident your practice as a dietitian can be with supportive supervision. I would love to help you with this.

I have a background working in public health settings (both acute and subacute) across South Australia and the United Kingdom since 2016. I have recently started working in the private sector at Pod Dietetics, Adelaide. I have a keen interest in supporting early career Dietitians to grow stronger and wiser through supervision.

My approach to supervision is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to your professional growth. I believe that supervision should be a collaborative and enriching experience, where you feel comfortable to explore your practice, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes. Supervision sessions are designed to be a safe space where you can openly reflect on your practice, discuss cases, and explore new ideas without judgment. I provide a supportive and honest environment that encourages you to grow in confidence and competence as a dietitian. Together, we will work on extending your knowledge, enhancing your skills, and developing strategies to overcome any professional challenges you may face.
