Respect

We respect you as the expert of your own body. Your lived experience is essential to the creation of a supportive and effective nutrition care plan, and we value the opportunity to work with you to integrate this with our knowledge of nutrition science.

We also respect the role of other healthcare providers in supporting you to achieve your goals, and will at all times strive to work collaboratively alongside them.

High Quality Nutrition Care

We maintain a high standard of nutrition care which is in line with the best available evidence.

We are committed to remaining up to date with new research, and seeking opportunities to develop our skills to better support you.

Social Justice

We are committed to actively contributing to
a just and equitable community for all. We integrate social justice into
our work by utilising frameworks such as Heath At Every Size
®, Neurodiversity Affirming Practice and Trauma-Informed Care. We strive to work in a way that is anti-racist and inclusive of size, gender and sexuality, being aware of our own privileges and bias. We are committed to ongoing learning and unlearning in these areas so that we continue to grow in our capacity as supports and allies.
